Power Cycling (5:45pm-6:45pm)
This is not a “ride to the beat” class. This is measurable, intelligent training.
In this power-based indoor cycling class, you’ll train using watts—the most objective way to measure effort on a bike. Instead of guessing how hard you’re working, you’ll ride in clearly defined power zones, each tied to specific physiological adaptations.
You’ll spend time where it matters:
-
Zone 2: aerobic base building, fat metabolism, and endurance
-
Zone 3: sustainable strength and muscular endurance
-
Zone 4: high-output efforts that push your limits and raise your threshold
-
Zone 5: short, controlled bursts of maximal power for performance gains
Each interval is intentional. Cadence, resistance, and duration are coached precisely so the power output matches the training goal, whether you’re seated, climbing, or standing with load. Recovery is programmed—not random—so you leave stronger, not wrecked.
This class is ideal if you:
-
Want real progress, not just sweat
-
Like knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing
-
Appreciate structure, coaching, and accountability
-
Want training that transfers to real-world fitness and performance
You don’t need to be an elite cyclist—but you do need to be willing to work with purpose. You’ll ride at your numbers, not anyone else’s.
Train smarter. Ride with intent. See results you can measure.
