Hybrid Training (4:40pm-5:35pm)
Hybrid Training blends multiple training modalities into one dynamic, full-body workout. In this class, we use tools like barbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises to build real-world strength, conditioning, and movement quality. Each session is thoughtfully structured to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and work capacity, while keeping training engaging and adaptable. This class is suitable for all levels, with options to scale movements so everyone can train safely, effectively, and with purpose.
