This is measurable, intelligent training.\nIn this power-based indoor cycling class, you’ll train using watts—the most objective way to measure effort on a bike. Instead of guessing how hard you’re working, you’ll ride in clearly defined power zones, each tied to specific physiological adaptations.\nYou’ll spend time where it matters:\n\n\nZone 2: aerobic base building, fat metabolism, and endurance\n\n\nZone 3: sustainable strength and muscular endurance\n\n\nZone 4: high-output efforts that push your limits and raise your threshold\n\n\nZone 5: short, controlled bursts of maximal power for performance gains\n\n\nEach interval is intentional. Cadence, resistance, and duration are coached precisely so the power output matches the training goal, whether you’re seated, climbing, or standing with load. Recovery is programmed—not random—so you leave stronger, not wrecked.\nThis class is ideal if you:\n\n\nWant real progress, not just sweat\n\n\nLike knowing why you’re doing what you’re doing\n\n\nAppreciate structure, coaching, and accountability\n\n\nWant training that transfers to real-world fitness and performance\n\n\nYou don’t need to be an elite cyclist—but you do need to be willing to work with purpose.
