Learn to Lift with Confidence

If you’re new to strength training and want to learn the right way to lift dumbbells and barbells, this class is for you. We break down the fundamentals of weight training so you can build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in the gym—or your home setup.

You’ll learn:

  • Proper lifting technique for safety and effectiveness

  • Foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows

  • How to progress at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed

  • How strength training supports your day-to-day life, from lifting groceries to injury prevention

This class is judgment-free, supportive, and beginner-friendly. You’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to take on the next challenge.
